My 2 year old loves it for his toy box and he has no issues opening and closing it. I didn’t think it would hold so much when we got it together but I was mistaken.

Great piece. Looks great. It's very sturdy. It took me about 30 minutes to build. The instructions were very easy to read and all parts were included. The lid works great and stays in place when opened or closed. This was a perfect size for my needs. I'm using this to store my dogs items in one place. The lid holds weight very well. My husband agrees that it was a good value and we will be purchasing another. I have gotten compliments on this chest already and have also recommended to others.
I bought this to store the grand kids toys in my living room. This chest is beautiful and is a nice addition to my living room without looking like a traditional toy box. It was way to assemble and sturdy.
The chest is great! Use it for my dogs toys, he used to try to eat the box his old toys are in. This is seems to be holding up, it is also decently easy for him to open with his nose!
