My only reason for 4 stars is that the mounting brackets for the valve felt a bit light compared to the pan, but they've held up fine through my first season. A great product. My only issue is the thermometer, it’s too high. It needs an angled end so it can be closer to the 2 inch mark which is idea for the boil.
