The main issue is with the casters. The wheels are too small for a cart of this size and weight, making it harder to move on uneven surfaces. Also, the locking mechanism is difficult to use because it is hard to see and access when operating the cart. Larger casters with a more visible and easier-to-reach brake system would greatly improve the product.
