Reviews
I set it next to my beds and use it for starts and hardening off.
We’ve had heavy rain and a few windy days and it hasn’t rattled or shifted. The sloped roof drains well and the frame still feels tight after everything settled.
The aluminum frame with the bracing feels solid once everything is squared.
The door closes smoothly and doesn’t stick, even after a cold night. There aren’t huge gaps, so it holds heat better and keeps the worst drafts out.
Light is even inside, so my seedlings don’t lean as much.
The polycarbonate lets in a lot of light, but it’s diffused so the plants don’t fry. My greens look great and the inside isn’t blinding like clear plastic sheeting.
A windy weekend didn’t faze it. Reinforcement rods help.
The 4mm double-wall panels hold heat better than I expected. Nights drop quickly here, but it stays noticeably warmer inside and my herbs don’t get that cold-stressed look.
The lockable door is a nice touch for a backyard setup. It keeps the wind from flinging it open and makes me feel better when I’m away for a weekend.
Instructions were easier than most flat-pack stuff. The parts were labeled, and having the basic tools in the box saved a run to the garage mid-build.
