This is an ‘88 Bronco II and the tire holder in back was starting to crack the hatch so needed something for the spare tire, this rack just added to the look of the bronco. This roof rack is built to last. The powder coating is thick and even, and all welds are solid. I've had cheaper racks rust after one season, but this one still looks new after six months of use in coastal conditions. Worth every penny.

The size is suitable for installation on SUVs. The size of 46 x 36 inches plus the extension part is quite enough, and there is no problem in putting a suitcase, sleeping bag, and refrigerator. It is nominally able to bear 200 pounds. Although I didn't load that much, I felt that it was stable in actual use. There was no shaking or noise when driving on the highway. The material looks like heavy-duty metal with a coating to prevent rust, and it should be able to withstand the sun and rain.

My husband couldn't be happier with this roof rack.It is a very "solid" construction with heavy-duty strength materials and solidly constructed elements.This does mean it is also rather heavy. It arrives in sections and needs to be assembled, but that was very easy to do single-handedly. Hubby DID ned help lifting it up onto the roof rails on his 2012 Jeep Wrangler JKU, though due to the overall weight once assembled.It looks AMAZING up there, with a wind deflector featuring an American flag detail and there are star cutouts on the sides making it just "fit" the vibe of a JKU.We haven't needed to use it for transporting anything yet...but we are confident it will be up to the task when the need arises.
