The machine was used to add to our party business. My husband is a DJ and we often provide the two services together. After about 10 rentals the machine has paid for itself! The machine is fairly quiet. The noise is not noticeable. The appearance of the machine is sleek and has enough room to allow us to put our business logo on the side or the front of the machine. It has performed amazing and when the slush gets low after the initial use, it’s really quick to freeze again. The size is perfect for us to slide it onto a rolling cart and roll it around. We normally use a plastic table cloth to cover the bottom shelf of the cart but be careful not to let the tablecloth cover the back vent as it doesn’t allow the machine to breathe and work efficiently. It is cleaned with ease. We fill it with water several time and wipe it with a clean towel and bam it’s ready for the next customer! It was definitely a great investment for our party themed business.

By the time morning rolls around, the components are ready to be used once again, which has helped me simplify my opening process and allowed me to devote more of my attention to preparing the cuisine for the day.

I bought this for our family’s summer events, and it’s been a huge hit! It makes large batches in no time, and the slush comes out smooth and consistent every single use. The controls are straightforward, and the build feels sturdy and commercial-grade. We’ve used it multiple times now without any issues. If you’re looking for a dependable slush machine that delivers great results, this is the one.

The machine works amazingly well. If you add cold ingredients, you have slush in about an hour and a half. We have enjoyed trying different mixes and have found that adding champagne to the mix really enhances the cocktails. I would recommend to anyone who enjoys frozen cocktails. I have zero negative comments. One thing you should know before buying though, the machine is very loud. Very loud. And one other thing, you must make batches in both tanks. You cannot use only one tank. This means you are making a minimum of five gallons each batch.
The service from the company has been amazing. I broke one of my tanks. I reached out via email and they responded within hours. They replaced my tank after sending a few photos. They made the experience quick and easy.

We used it this weekend and it ended up being great, but man, we had to guess at the instructions. They are terrible!Would have def been 5 stars otherwise bc the machine is commercial quality and worked great. But lack of understandable assembly, operating or cleaning instructions and recipes or any input on how/what to use for mixes was super disappointing.

Since adding this slushy machine, our frozen drink sales shot up. Guests order another round more often, especially on hockey nights.

This machine has been fun to have around! We like to do one barrel for adults in one color of a drink and a non-alcoholic side in a different color for the kids. The drink menu is unlimited and I heard you can even do soft serve ice cream. (We haven't tried that yet.)
Keep in mind that you're making a minimum of 2 1/2 - 3 gallons on each side when you use this. If you have a few friends over, it works out great!

I'm currently working with the seller's customer service to replace a few parts. So far, it's working well.
