Very sturdy , they must have updated the stepping strips because they definitely work, I highly recommend this to anyone who works on trucks or cars. The toolbag is a joke , leav it off , it will just get in the way.
The packaging was top-notch, secured tightly with heavy-duty tie wraps. All the bolts and instructions were neatly packed inside a sealed box. Initially, I thought the adjusting limit straps were absent, but to my relief, they were tucked away in the tool bag. Even at 71, I managed to assemble it solo in just about 40 minutes. The quality really impressed me definitely a step above the budget models out there. Extremely pleased I steered clear of the low-end stuff!
my truck is a 1996 ram 3500 4wd diesel and although i love this old beast it was no fun trying to work on the rear of the engine, especially for an old guy with a bad back. this topside creeper will make it much easier. it is easy to assemble and seems quite sturdy. quality is very good given the price and i would buy it again. all in all it is better than i expected coming from you know where.
Before this, I was always stretching too far over the engine bay. Now I can work more carefully and with less strain.
No wobble once I was up there.
I have used it several times already and nothing feels loose or cheap. The frame still feels tight and secure.
The three-level adjustment is useful and easy to work with. I was able to get the height right without much trial and error.
