All I can say is WOW on this heating pad! This heating pad worked so good and heated up really fast. It has four adjustable settings and I used it on medium and it felt so good. I like that this has a two hour auto shutoff feature. With fibromyalgia and arthritis this is how I control pain and this will be so useful. I like the shape which is like a cape that sits on your shoulders, back and neck. It’s weighted but doesn’t seem heavy. It stays closed with magnets so you can move around and it doesn’t fall off. It’s very soft to the touch. I have to take my square heating pad on and off every-time I need to get up but this one actually can stay on you and will not fall off when you get up. The price for this quality heating pad is excellent. I would definitely recommend this heating pad.

Overall, I’m really happy with this heating pad. The warm-up time is impressively fast—within a minute, I can feel the warmth sinking into my shoulders and upper back. There are 4 heat settings, letting me switch between a gentle warmth and a deeper, more therapeutic heat depending on how tense I’m feeling. I’d also has a two hour automatic shut off. It gives me peace of mind, especially when I’m using it in the evening and might doze off.The microbead filling around the edge isa novel idea—it stays in place whether I’m sitting at my desk or stretching post-workout. It also has magnets that keep it from falling off easily (at the front points where it rests above your chest, see photo).My only real complaint is that while it’s marketed as a “neck and shoulder” heating pad, there’s no actual heating element in the neck area. The fabric does warm up a little from residual heat, but it’s not direct or targeted. If you’re looking specifically for neck relief, this might be disappointing.That said, for shoulders, upper back, and general comfort, it’s a fantastic product. Just wish the neck area had the same thoughtful design as the rest

Heats up like a dream and feels absolutely spa like on the neck even without the heat. Its also great for knees, wrists, shoulders, thighs. Pretty much any part of the body could benefit from this. One word of caution, however. Diabetics should be very careful using this due to possible nerve damage and glucose fluctuations.

I don't know how many times I've had to throw a flax pillow into the microwave and wait 4 minutes for it to get hot them deliver it to my wife so she can warm up, then I need to get one for my daughter and by the time everyone has their pillow they are cold again. This is a fantastic solution for that repeated activity!The material is very soft, the magnetic clasp that keeps it around your neck works very well but is easy to take off. The controls are easy to use and it doesn't really need instructions since it is so intuitive. It is very light weight so there is no downward pressure on your shoulders.Because it is wired you do need to be next to an outlet and you're not going to be moving around from room to room with it.The description for the item must have been wrong because the one that I received only covers the shoulders and does not have any vibrating feature, that would have been very nice for working in my cold office this winter.I would definitely recommend this for a friend or coworker.

This heating pad works very well. It is made from soft, blanket-like material and weighted around the bottom edges to keep it in place. The arms that wrap around the front have magnets in them to hold them in place as well, but they aren't very strong and just meant to help while stationary. It heats up very quickly and has three levels of heat but one feature I really appreciated was the two hour auto shut-off in case you forget to turn it off.

Somewhat weighted, magnetic closure and slight collar work together to keep this in place. I had it set to medium and it was a very pleasant temperature. It has 4 settings, that includes a warm setting. When I tried that it stayed the same temperature. I was working at my desk, doing some moving and reaching and the pad stayed in place. I also used it on my lower back & knee while sitting on the couch. I’d say this is functional, it is easy to set and has an automatic turn off after two hours. The only thing I thought would be an issue was the stiff cord, but once I got it flattened, it was not a problem.

I'm in love with this weighted heading pad especially made for the neck and shoulders. I clean houses and my neck and shoulders are killing me every day after hours of work and this is a life saver. Fits perfectly on the shoulders and up the neck, and heats up quickly with different heat settings. It's the perfect weight to stay in place without sliding around. Well worth every single penny for the relief it provides.
