Description

Hot Presses Operating steps:
1. Turn on the power(220V or 110V)
2. Preheat 5-10 minutes, preheat switch does not need to turn off, the temperature will automatically adjust.
3. Place the material in the hopper.
4. Press the forward rotation start switch to start oil extraction.
5. After the oil pressing operation is completed, please keep the oil press machine rotating in the positive direction for 10s or press start button of the reversing rotation,to remove the residual materials (which is to clean out the residual materials in the oil press, so that you can disassemble the accessories easily)
Cold Presses Operating steps:
1. Turn on the power (220V or 110V)
2. Place the material in the hopper .
3. Press the start switch to start oil extraction.
4. After Pressing the oil, all the residue discharge and then close the start switch.


Tips-Special Use of Oil Scrap
1. Peanut Scrap
1) Add the thin malt sugar, cooking on the pot, until appear the small bubble, put on the plate with sesame oil, cool naturally, and cut it in small pieces, that peanut biscuit is finished.
2) Add suitable flour, sugar, milk, frying it is ok.
2. Peanut Butter
Raw Material: peanut scrap 500g, and white sugar 300g
Process: Grinding the peanut scrap, and put it into container, add 3000g water, mix them, and put it in gauze bag, put a lavabo under the table, let the peanut butter go to the lavabo, and screen the peanut scrap. Cooking the peanut butter with big fire, add sugar, and more 5 minutes cooking is ok.
3.How to extract oil from olives
You need to take out the pulp from the olive pits and dry it before extracting the oil.
